DHL international express claim process

For DHL package damage or loss, need to claim, shall follow the following requirements.
To ensure that your claim, please be smooth processing.
Specific requirement as follows:
1) claims occur, required by the consignee to reflect the local DHL, instead, to accept the goods after sending to our claim, otherwise it will not be accepted,
2) must be within 7 days after delivery, and submitted to the claim to the instead,
